Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our electronics have a 45 day Warranty. If for ANY reason the item stopped functioning due to a technical fault we will ask you to send back, we will provide a return label paid, and our manufacturers will inspect it, If it is a manufacturers faulty we will refund you or send you a replacement your choice.
However, if its not a fault from the manufacturer we would provide evidence and written explanation.
For all other returns TO be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.
Refunds (if applicable)
If Item[s] came damaged customers must send a clear photo or video of the damage or defective product, and the shipping packaging, please use good lighting so we can identify the issue.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning an item. so it guarantees we recieve the item.
