1.) How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at info@elleshine.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed. 

2.) How do I track my order?

You can just click on Track Your Order on top of the elle & shine homepage, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.

3.) When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, your tracking number usually takes 3 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, please send us an email at info@elleshine.com.

4.) Where can I get my tracking number?

You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please send us an email at info@elleshine.com

5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the warehouse, your shipping destination and the courier's delivery schedule in your location. However you will be able to Track your package to see for days and roughly a time.

6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

We are able to speed up the delivery. Depending on the Shipping you choose.if any issues arise please contact us we will sorted out ASAP.

7.) How long does delivery take?

The processing time for orders is at least 3-5 business days.Estimated delivery is could be anywhere from 6-20 business days once you check out we will tell you approximately. please keep in mind weekends and Holidays are excluded.

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
